At this time offices should be using our NPI number 1912956954 when certing as well. Most Medicare REPLACEMENT plans require precertification. These plans replace Medicare. When a patient states they have Medicare, ask if they have a secondary insurance plan. Some plans may require a pre-cert. Check the grid. LVDI is in network for ALL plans through Valley Preferred.
